IT Service Management Consultant - Full Time

Location: Reading / Flexible remote working
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000+ (DOE)

My client are currently searching for an ITSM consultant who is able to step in and help improve processes and procedures across their customer base. The ideal candidate will have expertise with service management methodologies, especially ITIL. Strong communication skills in order to translate Technical and non-Technical matters to customers and key stakeholders alike. You will be working alongside a team of consultants and senior members of the team, a strong level of communication skills is required.

Responsibilities:

* Running workshops with key stakeholders to discuss current and future business process.
* Identifying the client's needs and creating implementing changes required.
* Communicating to all levels of the business effectively to provide solutions to the Technical and non-Technical teams.

Key Skills:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, and confident with discussing with stakeholders.
* ITIL Service Management Expert.
* Project Management experience.
* Degree or equivalent.
