This client is currently using Avaya as their cloud hosted telephony platform for all internal and customer voice interactions although this is coming to its end of its life which means they're looking to migrate their ERP and CRM solutions to ServiceNow and MS Dynamics.
* Hands-on analysis, design, implementation, and documentation of the UC project
* Working with a team of engineers, project managers & third-party solution providers
* Technically manage the migration of service from the current Avaya platform to a new solution
* Current platform documentation (Technical understanding only)
* Technical requirement gathering
* Architecture design (diagrams and documentation)
* Analysis and simplification of contact centre flows (working with contact centre owners)
* Infrastructure implementation & migration plan (working with project manager)
* Platform migration
* De-coupling of Avaya platform from the group
* Vendor management & engagement
* Support documentation & handover
* Experience in leading the delivery of high profile, time sensitive business changing projects.
* Experience in delivering Microsoft Teams telephony integrated solutions and ServiceNow integration's.
* Experience in the delivery of contact centre technologies.
