ServiceNow CMA/CTA - Full time - Remote

MUST already be a Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect



* A strong interest in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints.
* Experience in the agile management framework
* Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
* Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
* Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery
* Proven experience working directly to oversee the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platform
* Acting as a leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery
* Overseeing application and workflow configuration
* Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components
* Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams to set up the SaaS platform
* Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance
* Identifying sales opportunities to generate new business
