ServiceNow Technology Delivery Manager


Position Responsibilities:

* Leverage ServiceNow technical implementation expertise to deliver value for clients in a 50% billable capacity
* Coach and mentor project resources to deliver technical scope that meets or exceeds client expectations as indicated by CSAT at or above target
* Responsible for people management of 8-12 direct reports that may range from Associate Technical Consultant to Architect
* Coach direct reports to build and execute their individual development plans, hit utilization targets, and meet other key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy
* Collaborate with Leaders across functions and geographies to manage the business, grow the business, and improve the business
* Work with HR to help recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant conferences and training


* A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry required
* 5+ years of experience working as a team lead, senior level engineer or manager on a Professional Services team
* 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
* Experience leading project teams that help clients solve their most complex business problems through creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions
* Ability to motivate and direct staff members and subordinates
* Strong customer service orientation
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript and web software design principals
* Working experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog) or Specific process area
* ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required
* ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in two or more applications preferred
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
