ServiceNow Advisory Consultant - up to £95,000 + 10% bonus

I'm currently working with a ServiceNow Elite Partner who is looking to bring in a ServiceNow Advisory Consultant which means you will focusing on the ServiceNow platform at a strategic level. You will be working very closely with customers to ensure that the business goals and objectives are in line with the proposed solutions while leveraging industry best practice. You'll be defining the strategy and vision while working on the governance and roadmaps to support your customer and ensure they have a trusted advisor.



Responsibilities:

* Build trust with your customers and deliver the best platform for them
* Be a part of workshops to ensure you understand customer objectives and where their current platform can be improved
* Develop documentation such as process designs and workshop presentations
* Identify areas of process improvement along with solutions with a business case
* Remain engaged with customers post sales and ensure there's a successful transition
* Identify, lead and contribute the creation of best practice, white papers and workshops
* Provide mentorship to other members of the team



Experience:

* 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
* Strong understanding of ITIL and how to design best practice
* Ability to communicate to all levels of business including c suite
* Experience leading and coaching teams
* Previously have implemented client facing solutions
* Analyse and design business processes
* Manage expectations from customers as well as the extended team
* Strong presentation skills
