-Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management Certification needed

-CSM Suite Professional Certification needed

-3+ years of working throughly in ServiceNow CSM implementations



-Deliver high level of knowledge and customer service within the CSM Suite

-Deliver end to end automated solutions which include technical implementations

-Define technical solutions and design that are aligned with clients' business problems and ServiceNow CSM implementation best practices

-Contribute to the continual improvement of Delivery processes and the maturing of the CSM practice
