ServiceNow Business Analyst/Project Manager - On Site

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Serve as the ITAM project manager.
* Lead meetings with stakeholders (business and PST) focusing on business process (re) definitions.
* Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
* Document the results of business process reviews, and develop, and communicate optimization strategies to team members and management.
* Capture use cases and collaborates with stakeholders (business and PST) to iteratively define user stories and priorities.
* Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions as well as translating functional business requirements to the development team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders (business and PST) in iterative sprint planning and execution.
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ITAM functionality to support business area requirements.
* Define milestones/schedules and manage delivery in accordance with stakeholder expectations/requirements.
* Coordinate releases with the PST.
* Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
* Promote continual process improvement.



REQUIREMENTS:

ServiceNow Skills shall include the following:

* Expertise and proficiency in the Now Create methodology.
* Expertise with applicable Now Platform components and IT Asset Management functionality.
* Expertise with the ServiceNow platform and how to effectively integrate ITAM functionality.



General Business Analyst Skills shall include the following:

* Expertise with requirements definition to ensure stakeholder needs are captured and effectively communicated to developers/administrators.
* Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall.
* Forward-thinking analytical skills with the capability to identify downstream implications.
* The ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders.
* Experience leading and facilitating business process review efforts, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
