CSM Technical Consultant Requirements



* 1-3 years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform
* Certified System Admin plus an additional mainline ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (CSM, ITSM, APM or PPM preferred.)
* 1 to 3 years experience with scripting using languages such as Javascript
* Experience in a technical consulting role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
* Be able to work in teams and coachable
* Sociable, rational & respectful
* CIS and CSM certifications are required
