Travel
Remote through COVID with minimal travel post COVID
20%-30% (2-4 day trip every 4-6 weeks)
Interview Process
3 Zoom Meetings
1st Zoom - 30 minute conversation w/ people manager on technical team
2nd Zoom - 60 minute tech interview that involves talking through solutions on user stories from projects and potentially driving conversation so the team can assess breadth of knowledge
3rd Zoom - 45 minute conversation w/ Director of Tech Consulting
A day in the life of the Technical Consultant
* Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
* Advise clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.
* Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverable.
* Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the clients methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency.
* Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles; including documentation, testing, and training.
* Innovate and identify solutions that can be reused on future engagements.
* Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to the client thought leadership.
