ServiceNow Administator - Warsaw
Job Description
My client are looking for an individual who had experience with ServiceNow, whether that be hands on or as a user. They're open to training up somebody who has the right mentality and wants to succeed in the ServiceNow world.
Role & Responsibilities
* Fulfilment of all reported customer incidents and requests
* Act as the the first point of contact for all global users requiring support
* Ongoing maintenance of the platform
* Report and manage vendor reported issues
* Support platform upgrades
* Support the team with testing
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with multiple of the following ITIL disciplines including: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Request Management and Process Automation.
* Solid command of the English language both verbal and written.
* Experience with ServiceNow, in a support/administrative role or as a user of the platform.
