Service Mapping Architect, Remote, $75/hr, 6 months
Our client is searching for a lead service mapping individual to join their IT team as a Service Mapping Architect! The role would be for someone who is able to hit the ground running and take the lead on our client's service mapping procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Explaining the Service Mapping process in a succinct and easily digestible way to long time customers
* Requirements gathering sessions and workshops
* Creating custom delivery probes, sensors, etc. for mapping custom apps
The ideal candidate:
* Several years of hands on experience with ServiceNow
* Lead Service Mapping position
* Experience mapping different kinds of applications for large companies
