Required Education/Experience:
* 3-4 Year ServiceNow exp with expetise in Software Asset Mangement
* Validated completion ofServiceNow and/orBMC Remedy courses:
* ServiceNow Fundamentals
* Discovery Fundamentals
* Service Mapping Fundamentals
* SAIF Fundamentals
* Platform Implementation
* Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* Experience working with Agile Project Teams
* Applicant must be a U.S. citizen Desired Experience

* ITIL Foundations
* Certification in SAM : software asset manager
* Certification in ITSM
