SNOW Admin/Report Admin role - San Antonio (95% Remote)


· ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics reporting building and analyzing a big plus

· They need to LOVE data, like love taking a report and analyzing to find all the anomalies, trends, etc (like data scientist kind of love it)

· Needs to be able to guide people how to really use reporting for their benefit

· Needs to be able to pull reports quickly without much effort and to know how to turn around analysis of that data quickly

Other Considerations:

* Needs to have GOOD people skills and can talk to a business owner/executive in their terms, not technical terms
* Need to be able to adapt quickly and change directions quickly when needed for reporting
* Needs to be able to understand agile and scrum methodology
* Understanding of ServiceNow and how it works both as a dev/admin/reporting analyst is a large plus

What would they be doing?

* They will be working across multiple teams in our technology operations space, but mainly under the End User Services group
* They will be analyzing data in regards to operational and development teams
* They will be working closely with our Service Desk, Service Delivery Team, field services teams, our executives, directors, and VP's
* They will be creating reports, guiding teams, analyzing the data for anomalies and trends
