Your New Company

Your New Position

In your role as a ServiceNow administrator you will be maintaining and improving the existing ServiceNow solution utilized by the internal IT department. You will be working closely with the support team to ensure efficient workflows and that the releases adhere to both internal and ITIL policies. Your day to day will be configuring workflow, user interface (UI), and client scripts business rules.

What You Will Need to Succeed

In order to succeed at this role, you will need at least 4 years of experience in IT and 2 years with the ServiceNow Platform. A bachelor's degree is required along with at least 1 year of experience using JavaScript. It is important that you have excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be working with large teams.
