They use toolkits, offerings, frameworks, and processes to build core foundational components for their government customers use at any stage of their digital transformation.
Your New Position
You will be serving as a ServiceNow Developer to move and support the growing Homeland Security practice. This is a full-time direct hire position where you will design and develop the core ServiceNow programs for their projects. You will work directly with clients and end users to understand their needs in order to have success.
What You Will Need to Succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need a BA/BS Degree and 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports along with a very in depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. A knowledge of ServicePortal including implementation of client scripts, business rules, workflows, and custom widgets is a must. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design and experience implementing Agile/ Scrum methodology is also a must. Existing ICE and/or DHS clearance highly preferred.
