ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant, Remote Position, $55-65 per hour, PART TIME
A ServiceNow Partner is looking for someone to support the end client post project completion as a ITSM Subject Matter Expert. Must have ServiceNow Implementation Certification to apply.
Expert with ITSM Suite and have Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Major Incident experience to provide advisory support. Must have had experience training team members in ITSM and respond by email with in 24 hours. Expect 3-10 hours per week to support team, answer emails and take calls.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Strong English communication skills
* Teach and guide team on ITSM
* Know ITSM best practices as it relates to Major Incident
To be a good fit for this role you should have the following experience:
* 57+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience
* Client facing experience, Training Experience preferred
* Ability to work up to 10 hours a week at high point and be available for meetings
* Self-starter with demonstrated ability to self-manage
* Must have ServiceNow Certifications, ITSM Implementation Specialist Certification is a MUST to be considered.
