My client in San Diego, CA is looking for the right candidate to fill their ServiceNow Solutions Architect position. The company has an outstanding reputation for customer service and strives to maintain a strong grip on staying on top of their industry. The candidate will have the opportunity to expand their overall IT knowledge with the latest ServiceNow developments, technology, and versions, and will also expand their skill set with a highly reputable company.



The role

* Take initiative for leading ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management, as well as additional ServiceNow suites such as ITOM, ITBM, etc.
* Lead the delivery of the company's initiatives through the product implementation
* Be present as the primary person advising the company-wide ServiceNow implementation
* Work alongside the company's stakeholders to set, confirm and trace the company's ServiceNow implementation
* Lead coordination with internal stakeholders.
* Remote flexibility in the Pacific Standard time zone
* San Diego, CA-based
* Starting in August/September



Expectations

The chosen candidate will prove their skills with ServiceNow solutions architecture, experience working with IT architects, analyst, and technical teams, web service capacities as well as many other skills needed to satisfy the role.

* Bachelor's degree or 6+ related experience within the ServiceNow platform
* Advanced experience working with the ServiceNow technology platform
* Expert knowledge of ServiceNow suites and modules
* Advanced experience working with the various modules of the ServiceNow platform
* Demonstrated experience working with key shareholders and multiple IT service teams
* Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required
* Capacity to manage multiple duties in a high-paced atmosphere
* ServiceNow certifications such as ITSM, ITIL, Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist are a plus
