Role & Responsibilities
* Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including: Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs.
* Application UI Configuration
* Workflow Configuration
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with common SIEM tools and integrating ServiceNow SecOps with these tools (ex. Splunk, ArcSight, Qualys, Tenable, LogRhythm etc.)
* Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other technologies.
