Responsibilities

* Design, develop, configure, and install technically-sound solutions using best practices in ServiceNow to solve complex business needs
* Create and maintain business rules using proven, advanced scripting techniques
* Create and maintain security access using ACLs via advanced scripts, roles, and conditions
* Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows
* Establish complex internal and external / third-party integrations
* Demonstrate hands on experience with multiple implementations of ITSM and ITOM applications
* Key role in ServiceNow upgrades to ensure zero impact to the business
* Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
* Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
* Organize and lead meetings of cross-functional IT and business teams
* Collaborate with stakeholders to track, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests

Requirements

* 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Architect for development/implementation projects
* 5+ years of experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture and application development or similar responsibility
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Self- Service Portal, etc.
* Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
* Technical writing for requirements, design, testing, training and project management documents
