Your New Job:

In this role you will assist with the development and growth of the ServiceNow platform utilizing ITIL best practices. You will utilize technologies such as JavaScript and HTML to build applications within ITSM and stand up Customer Service Management.

What You will Do:

* Create custom software solutions
* Be responsible for all aspects of technical solution development of the ServiceNow CSM Case/Issue management. This includes requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation support
* Act as the responsible team member for overall system quality throughout the development lifecycle and into production environment
* Help support production users through monitoring and working incident tickets
* Attend daily standups meetings to keep others informed of your progress and to collaborate with fellow team members
* Work to provide system security, resiliency, and scalability of the platform
* Participates in projects and support issues associated with ServiceNow applications, liaising with appropriate IT departments as well as associated vendors
* Continually reviews the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform and applications
Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
* ServiceNow experience with CSM Case/Issue management/ITSM
* Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages - Java, JavaScript, Angular, Python, PERL and Shell
* Experience with web based integrations SOAP/REST API's as well as XML and JSON knowledge
* Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
* Knowledge of other operating systems such as Windows and Linux
* Working knowledge of Agile methodology
Preferred Qualifications:

* 4 Year degree or equivalent work experience
* ServiceNow Certifications
