A ServiceNow partner is offering an opportunity for a ServiceNow resource to lead a fantastic team in unique and interesting projects in the Boston area. The ServiceNow lead will develop relationships with process owners, business partners and GIS to understand what they need and to advise, create and manage the implementation of new ServiceNow solutions.

Major responsibilities include: gathering requirements/user stories, project management and collaboration with offshore resources, solution design and development . The ideal candidate is adept at all parts of the SDLC including: requirements, design, development, testing and validation and support

Currently the client is working with: ITSM, HRSD, GRC, and ITBM and plan to expand HR and custom applications as well as ITBM and more


* Bachelors and 3+ years of relevant work experience
* 1+ year of direct experience with ServiceNow modules
* Experience leading implementation of ServiceNow solutions
* Influence and consult with all partners on critical technical decisions
* Design integrations and work with ServiceNow, partners and technical teams, both domestic and off shore, to implement
* Stay up to date on new ServiceNow features & releases to drive expansion

Required Skills:

* Working knowledge of simple configurations
* Experience developing custom apps
* Knowledge of web development technology - specifically JavaScript, HTML, Angular, CSS, and Ajax
* Experience with Web integrations
* Experience working and implementing with Service Portal
* Functional understanding of Project Management, SDLC methods and Agile
* Strong ITSM experience & skills
* Solid Communication and interpersonal skills
* Self motivated
