Job Description


The Senior ITSM BMC Remedy Engineer will be responsible for supporting new engineering efforts for the client. This includes, configuring the latest service offerings from BMC, onboarding new customers, implementing new integrations to external data sources, custom BMC developement, and administration/maintenance of existing application environments.

What's Needed:

* High Mid Level or Low Senior Level Engineer - Installation and configuration of OOTB BMC Remedy ITSM - (Minimal Customization Work)
* Someone Knowledgeable and able to work independently, and understand tasks and execute according to best practices
* Excellent interperosnal and communication skills to communicate between teams
* Great experience working in an AGILE environment
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
* A BMC Remedy ITSM Certification can substitue a degree
* At least 8 years experience in Remedy ITSM and developing custom Remedy applications or 12 years of experience without a Bachelor's degree or BMC Remedy ITSM certification

What You'll Be Doing:

* Configuring the full suite of BMC Remedy ITSM 8.1, 18.x, or 19.x modules to support commercial cloud-based hosting for client customers
* Developing custom Remedy ARS 8.1, 18.x, or 19.x application software to meet customer requirements
* Supporting product upgrades including the BMC Remedy ITSM suite, Remedy ARS, or other third party products supporting the environments
* Offering new ideas and suggestions for improvements to the ITSM SaaS offering to provide increased capability, reduced complexity, or better value to customers
* Providing customer support via telephone and desktop collaboration tools to customers
