Role: IT Support Engineer (Monitoring & Alerting Analyst)
Working Hours: Full-time (Nigh-Shifts)
My client is looking for a customer-focused individual who will play a pivotal role in their current IT Operations team. They will be tasked with proactively managing the health of the environment and avoiding further service issues.
You will be working very closely with the application owners who own the overall health of the applications and driving continual improvement and process refinement.
Technologies: Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Splunk, AppDynamics, ServiceNow
-Managing events throughout their life cycle.
-Support the monitoring of IT and business services, ensuring you are detecting events and taking the appropriate action.
-Be a part of a wider shift rota.
-Identify process improvements and enhancement opportunities.
-Support the design, approving/improving event models & workflows
