Job Description

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and architecting solutions with the company's complete platform working under the HR Service Delivery team. This position allows you the opportunity to assume a leadership role, where you will head the majority of project developing onto the ServiceNow platform. This full time, on-site role is an excellent opportunity for you to develop ServiceNow solutions that provide meaningful impact to customers nationwide. You will use your fundamental understanding of ServiceNow functionality, architecture, configuration and integration technologies to provide first rate solutions to our business partners. You will be responsible for creating & delivering ServiceNow solutions while working with our Functional designers and our Technical teams.



Role & Responsibilities

* Leading development efforts on across the company's ServiceNow platform
* Attend meetings with business customers, gathering company requirements and maintaining relationships
* Leads the Platform Support Team in implementation of technical good practices, policies and procedures
* Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
* Performs technical design reviews and code reviews
* Leads multiple or large projects and facilitates large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines
* Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
* Creates and maintains a detailed view of existing architecture
* Develops and defines application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written



Skills & Qualifications

* ServiceNow ITSM/HR Service Delivery experience - 3-5 years
* ServiceNow Application Development experience
* ServiceNow Administration experience
* Requirements gathering experience 3-5 years
* Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices

* Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application including but not limited to - Case and Knowledge Management, Employees Service enter, Performance Analytics for HR Service Delivery, Virtual Agent

* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
