The ServiceNow Engineering Analyst is responsible for leading and driving forward the organization's IT Operations department. With this role, you will be collaborating with the organization's technical team and working on all aspects of ServiceNow implementations. This full time, on-site role is a great opportunity for you to leverage your IT and ServiceNow knowledge and experience to support and drive forward the best possible platform across the entire organization.
Role & Responsibilities
* Development of ServiceNow modules within the organization's platform.
* Support and maintenance of the platform.
* Work alongside project managers and engineers to gather business requirements
* Confgure and customize Service Portal and Service Request forms
Skills & Qualifications
* 3+ years ServiceNow Experience
* Strong Development and Administration experience on the ServiceNow platform
* Expert knowledge/experience of ITSM module
* Knowledge and experience in ITBM, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Discovery desired
* Strong ServicePoral and Service Request experience desired
* Strong communication and organizational skills
