My client is looking for a sharp, versatile ServiceNow Solutions Architect with CSM proficiency to add to its top-notch ServiceNow solutions team. CSM excellence is a must, and the standing candidate must have demonstrated knowledge and experience across the ServiceNow platform. Requirements include developing general implementation strategies and architecture, demonstrated as follows:



Tasks:

* Uphold profound, all-inclusive knowledge of ServiceNow's competences and constrictions

* Carry and lead necessities/requirements, scoping and design workshops

* Uphold industry competencies to contain contestants, harmonizing solutions and integrations

* Formulate and manage all phases of testing and test reception; plan and manage construction of testing-related work products
* Identify and build openings to implement ServiceNow as a platform (e.g. custom apps throughout ITSM



What's expected of you:

* Strong and demonstrated experience with developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CRM/CSM solutions and processes
* Demonstrated experience with strong documentation and reporting skills

* Strong experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management suite

* Strong experience with consulting
* Unmatched social skills related to strong experience with upholding a well-grounded ServiceNow platform expert status

* Proficient experience with logging tool necessities

Relative ServiceNow certifications are a plus
