Senior ServiceNow Developer - Chicago, IL - Up to $150K
Your New Company
You will be working for a leading company in the financial services field. This is a multi-billion dollar company with a presence across the globe. Their platform is extensive and highly customized, however they are looking to gradually move to a more OOB functionality. The ServiceNow team is strong, and they are looking to bring a talented individual to lead up the team.
Your New Role
You will be charged with leading the development of a heavily customised and wide-scope ServiceNow instance, so a wealth of experience with custom application is required. The team is moving back to OOB functionality soon, this will be a major part of your duties initially. You will also be working with a niche modules such as Service Portal, GRC, Major Incident, ITAM, and the Mobile App.
What You Need to Succeed
You should be exceptionally well-versed in development processes on the ServiceNow platform. This role will require a significant amount of hands-on coding, so you should both be able to lead and "get in the trenches". Communication skills are a must - you need to be able to articulate WHY the platform should be used in a certain fashion to appropriate stakeholders. Experience with the above stated modules is a plus.
