Your new company
You will be working for a global law firm that is based out of Los Angeles and has a very firm foothold in their respective industry. They have been operating on ServiceNow for a little while now within their IT department and plan to extend it across their enterprise. There is a small team in place and this person is expected to come in and spearhead the charge!
Your new role
You will be the ServiceNow Development Manager for this firm. You would be responsible for leading technical aspects of projects to expand and mature the ServiceNow platform, while also managing the team underneath you. This role will be a hands on management positions - Where you will not only managed the team, but also have to get your hands on the keyboard and handle development.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have had prior experience implementing the core suite of ServiceNow applications, as well as experience leveraging the full capabilities of the ServiceNow system for the benefit of the business. You are going to be the manager as well as lead developer for ServiceNow within the firm, and you will be a point of reference for the business when it comes to ServiceNow. Prior leadership experience is a must.
