Our client based in London are looking for ServiceNow Administrators and Developers to help push the ServiceNow platform to the best of its capabilities. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a big challenge whilst being able to express creativity in your work.
Role & Responsibilities
* Day to day maintenance, updates and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform
* Testing & implementing upgrades when new releases come out
* Implement enhancements in line with the company and vendors to ITIL standards
* Overseeing the company's roadmap
Skills & Qualifications
* ServiceNow Development experience (essential)
* Certified System Admin (essential)
* ITIL V3 (essential)
* GRC experience
* Stakeholder engagement & management
* Flexible remote working
