Role & Responsibilities
* You will be working direct on site each day, developing on the tool in ITSM, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Discovery
* You will be working direct with C-Level stakeholders, so great communication and business acumen is needed.
* As a senior level ServiceNow Developer you are expected to hit the ground running on your first day. Support is always there but at this level you should be mostly self-sufficient.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience consulting, gathering requirements, conducting workshops with stakeholders
* Experience in the ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Module are a must and exposure to HR & CSM is highly regarded
