Your new company

You will be working for an authorized ServiceNow partner based in San Francisco. This firm is very well established in the ServiceNow ecosystem and continuing to expand their team! They are an ISV that develops their own application, which attaches onto the ServiceNow Platform.

Your new role

You will be the ServiceNow Pre-Sales Engineer for this firm. You will be in charge of dealing with already existing and potential clients in attempts to expand their ServiceNow platform while working very closely with the Account Executives in order to close down deals and help clients to understand what their application can do. This person will be responsible for running demos with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will need excellent communication skills. You will have had prior experience working with ServiceNow. Pre-sales experience is a must. Although this role is pre-sales it does require a working knowledge of the technical side of the platform, so a background in development is a plus.
