Job Description

This company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead their clients to their goals. You will help grow the practice with your awesome client facing skills
Role & Responsibilities

* Guide and support project teams to implement the solution as needed and required of the client
* Participate in operations and operating process improvement (ITIL) workshops to help implement the ITSM solution as best as possible
* Support the ITSM solution configuration teams as well as the customer
* Documenting technical documents
* Helping the infrastructure teams at the customer to implement the solution
* Prepare, lead workshops on the implementation of the solution
* Assist users in implementing the solution

Skills & Qualifications

* 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow Architecture
* 2 years ITSM implementation
* 5 years experience consulting
* ITSM expert with exposure to ITOM
* ITIL V3 or higher certified
* 20% travel to Victoria, BC
