ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant - Remote with Travel up to 30%

My client is looking to bring on a senior consultant capable of leading their demonstrations and implementations. Qualified applicants must of at least three years' experience as a ServiceNow application developer on Jakarta or later. Given that this is a CSM focused role all applicants must have the ServiceNow Customer Service Management certification or strong implementation experience with the module. You will be expected to be client onsite once a month.

Your role

You will be expected to participate in designing solutions for a wide range of teams using ServiceNow and adhere to best practices and standards on the ServiceNow platform. While it is a development role you will also analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements for development and the creation of design documents and technical specifications. As part of your leadership responsibilities you will provide post implementation support including, but not limited to, monitoring application performance and debugging code.

Job qualifications include:

* Past experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management Module
* Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences

* Bachelor's degree required or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
* 6 or more years of software development experience demonstrating depth of technical understanding
* Lead pre-sales demonstrations and built architecture.
* Identify and creates solutions to improve system performance and availability.
