* Had a bad ITSM implementation and is looking to do a revamp - focusing on Incident
* Will be the main developer on the team for now - possibility of 1 more
* Currently has one admin on the team
* Looking for someone that is familiar with customization and out-of-the-box
* Configuration, integration
* Data mining
* Knowledge of theory and process - knowledge transfer
* Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder
