Your New Role:
In your new role you will be joining the team as a ServiceNow Developer. Your day to day will include expanding product services and expand out to other products. Handling of the technical side of Discovery and maintain processes. You will also assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of all Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes and activities. Creating technical documentation related to CMDB discovery and service mapping processes will also be a part of your day to day.

Every member of their ServiceNow team is located in Stamford as well. They also have big upcoming plans involving CMDB which they need someone with your experience and skill set to help move forward.
What you Will Need to Succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to have extensive experience on the ServiceNow platform. Having worked with Remedy will also be a plus. Extensive experience maintaining the ServiceNow CMDB and Asset management module is also ideal. It is also beneficial to have ITSM processes experience, related to Asset, Change, Incident, Request, and Problem Management. Moreover, having strong documentation skills and attention to detail will make you successful in this position.
