Responsibilities:

* Developing Knowledge Management KPIs
* Managing teams
* Optimizing organization's usage and management of content using Knowledge Management best practices
* Knowledge Management principles and methodologies company-wide
* Distribution of Knowledge content utilizing various communication channels on the ServiceNow platform

Experience Desired:

* Program management experience
* Prior experience contributing to and driving a Knowledge Management implementation
* Experience integrating Knowledge Management strategy and practice within organizations using industry-recognized standards
* Proven experience with standard methodologies and best practices (PMP, ITIL, Agile, KCS)
