Role & Responsibilities
* You will be working direct on site each day, developing on the tool in ITSM, HR & CSM
* You will be working direct with C-Level stakeholders, so great communication and business acumen is needed.
* As a mid to senior level ServiceNow Developer you are expected to hit the ground running on your first day. Support is always there but at this level you should be mostly self sufficient.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience consulting, gathering requirements, conducting workshops with stakeholders
* Experience in the ServiceNow ITSM Module a must and exposure to HR & CSM is highly regarded
