Your new company

You will be working for a Global Elite ServiceNow partner with their client based in Sacramento. They deal primarily in handling greenfield implementation, running integrations, and systems upgrades for their clients. Their practice has been extremely successful and is one of the top names in the world, therefore they have had a large influx of new project that their pipeline is filled with.

Your new role

You will be the ServiceNow Technical Lead for this partner. This role has come about because they have a ServiceNow Platform Implementation for a client of theirs. This role will involve working on the full scope of the implementation and leading a team of five technical professionals. You will be required to still be technical and do hands on the keyboard development.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have had prior experience developing on the back end of ServiceNow, either in new implementation or keeping a ServiceNow platform up and running. Experience with a wide array of ServiceNow modules including but not limited to the ITSM/ITOM suites. Previous consulting experience is a huge plus and leadership experience as well.
