Your new role
Be this ServiceNow partner's new VP of Sales for your next role. Your primary responsibility is to set the executive sales strategies in order to achieve the business's objectives. You will build out the ServiceNow Sales practice; establish and train the current sales executives. You will also monitor the performance of the sales department, and react quickly to any changes. You will participate in sales negotiations and close deals. This role would suit an individual at a larger partner, who wants to be responsible for owning the sales of a growing company.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be in a senior position with this Elite ServiceNow partner, so in order to be successful you will have had previous experience managing account executives. You will have strong communication skills, and build relationships with the C-level executives at this partner. Provide leadership to employees in the sales department. In order to be considered for this role you will need prior experience selling SAAS products including but not limited to ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS, and workday.
