This position is responsible for managing, designing, developing and implementing solutions for ServiceNow ITSM and other supporting modules to address complex business issues.


* Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issue
* Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development
* Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team
* Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
* Collaborate with clients, quality assurance and end users to produce automated testing solutions
* Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
* Leads selection and adoption of specific tools to facilitate compliance with established methodologies

Work Experience Required:

* Experience with ServiceNow (Preferably 5 years)
* Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies
* Knowledge of ServiceNow 's architectural styles and design patterns
* Understanding of various coding methods and computer languages (Javascript, Java, etc.)
* Data modeling and database design experience
