In this new role you will be a ServiceNow Technical Manager at a well-established organization in the healthcare industry. You will be the lead developer of the team. You will direct, consult and guide the team and wider business.

They are very bought in with ServiceNow and have huge plans for the road map including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery and portal all going live soon. They have 800 licenses and technical support specialized in the platform. Also on the horizon at this organization they have plans for HR, clinical management, Project management and other road mapping and expanding of the modules.

What you Will Need to Succeed

To succeed in this position you will need to have extensive Knowledge on the ServiceNow platform, as well as be able to clean code and understand data architecture. You also need to have great communication skills and be a proactive problem solver.
