Your new role

This role will be a ServiceNow Administrator for this company, so work-ethic and time management skills are a must. You'll be handling the day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance for their ServiceNow platform. A chief responsibility will be to assess and analyse the ServiceNow platform looking for areas of improvement and bugs within service delivery. You will also be asked to build knowledge articles and workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

You need to bring ServiceNow administration experience to this role. You should have experience with ITSM, CSM, and domain separation. The ideal candidate will have some level of scripting experience to go along with their knowledge of the platform. It is paramount to have experience working with the ITSM suite. Communication skills and the ability to work on a team are a must.
