A reputable partner is looking for a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with requisite ServiceNow ITBM solution technical expertise to support project team and collaborate with client stakeholders to identify functional requirements and enable ServiceNow configurations to:

1 Design and enable tracking and work demand management from multiple channels and of multiple work types
2 Design and enable demand channel and process consolidation for selected demand channels
3 Design and enable revised portfolio architecture within PPM to track and manage all selected work types
4 Design and enable work management of selected work types within PPM module
5 Design and build consolidated and normalized reporting on demand, resource, and work portfolio management
6 Facilitate out-of-the box workflow alignment across Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules
7 Perform ServiceNow demos and workshops with client stakeholders
8 Identify and problem-solve technical challenges (e.g. data integrity inconsistencies) Subject matter expert to support project team as needed and report to the project team and engagement lead.
9 Advise on New York ITBM best practices

Some additional insight and requirements:

1 Must be a US citizen
2 Remote work except for the first month must be on site in Denver to gain the trust and confidence of the client
3 No required certification but ITBM, ITSM and application development certifications a plus
4 Interview will be more of work example of the consultants knowledge of the application environment within ServiceNow and how they would leverage that on a project
5 Start date is ASAP and current requirement is through 12/31/2019 but option for 2020 - extension likely
