Your New Role
In this role you will be asked to manage the optimisation of how this organisation utilises Knowledge Management. You will be asked to guide and advise on relevant best practices. You will be asked to communicate your expertise along the relevant channels to ensure that stakeholders are adequately informed on why and how changes need to be made.
What You Need to Succeed
As a ServiceNow Knowledge Manager, you will be expected to have at least three years experience working on the ServiceNow platform as a Knowledge Manager. Ideally, you come into the role with experience leading a team in a ServiceNow related context. The right candidate is also an extremely effective communicator, as they will be asked to facilitate frequent communication between stakeholders.
