You will work alongside some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry, overseeing IT system innovation for government clients. You will communicate with stakeholders to understand clients business needs and expectations, and gather system requirements through analysis of preliminary development. You will be responsible for preparing the overall project, development, testing, and schedule timeline plan for multiple long term federal projects. You will work on the functional side of the project, writing system design documents and presenting functional requirements to the technical team.
Qualified candidates will have at least two years of ServiceNow experience. A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is a must. Candidates should have an advanced conceptual understanding of software system development processes and methodologies. Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as a team is imperative. A U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
