My client are going through an exciting period of growth with their tech as a whole and especially their ServiceNow platform. They are looking to build on the platform to utilise its capabilities to the max so you'll be playing a key role in system maintenance, administration and development of the ServiceNow platform. This is an exciting time to be a part of a growing team and gain invaluable experience on a number of SerivceNow components and modules.
Role & Responsibilities
* System maintenance and administration of the ServiceNow platform
* Development of a range of different modules and components of the platform
* Requirement analysis, upgrades, enhancements and customisation of different modules
* Prioritise and support Incident & Change tickets
* Test & evaluate new ServiceNow upgrades & modules
Skills & Qualifications
* ServiceNow Administration experience
* Experience with ITIL based processes
* Experience with CSM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC modules
* Experience with ServiceNow integrations
* Analytical and problem solving attributes
