A technical Consulting firm and renowned ServiceNow federal partner in the D.C. area is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager. This company works primarily with large federal agencies to deliver IT system modernization. You will oversee a team comprised of some of the most accomplished professionals in the ServiceNow space. This companies noteworthy success within the ServiceNow industry has led to tremendous growth, with plans of further expansion in the coming year.
You will manage an adept ServiceNow team, translating business requirements into technical objectives to address clients IT needs in the federal space. You will oversee complex projects for new feature development and administration employing both custom applications and OOTB products including HRSD, CSM, ITSM, PPM, Service Portal and Performance Analytics. You will manage projects timelines and financial budgets in an agile methodology. This position will offer exposure and the responsibility of designing, developing and maintaining business process solutions for U.S. federal agencies.
Qualified candidates will hold at least 6 years of IT Project Management with a proven track record of success. A PMP Certification is required. Ability to efficiently communicate with multiple stakeholders and within a client organization is a must. Candidates should have experience with the full development and implementation life cycle. A working knowledge with the ServiceNow platform is preferred. A BA or BS degree is required.
