Your new company

This client is a leading managed services provider, specialising in cloud, cyber-security, networking, and disaster recovery. Their platform is rapidly growing, and this company strives to keep their infrastructure on the cutting edge of the industry. Currently, their platform has ITSM, CSM, and ITOM in place, but there is still work to be done in order to continue to mature the platform. Next in the pipeline are plans to build and grow a Custom Portal. This company is currently small, but rapidly growing.

Your new role

This role will be a primary ServiceNow Administrator for this company, so work-ethic and time management skills are a must. You'll be handling the day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance for their ServiceNow platform. You will be asked to work hands-on with JavaScript, and technical components such as LDAP, SSO, VPN, and SSL. You will be asked to work in a work-hard, play-hard environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You need to bring ServiceNow administration experience to this role. You should have experience with ITSM, CSM, and domain separation. The ideal candidate will have some level of scripting experience to go along with their knowledge of the platform. It is paramount to have experience working with the ITSM suite. Communication skills and the ability to work on a team are a must.
