Your new role
In this role you will be a Lead Technical ServiceNow professional that will act as a leader of the team. This team will consist of experience on and off-shore ServiceNow Developers. They will assist in the needs of a certain departments IT users and the systems involved. On a daily basis they will provide administration and development support and overseeing the system. The main job functions include forming and preserving an agile ServiceNow system components. Enhance the team in reporting and prioritization. In this role you will help lead best practices for the platform and mentor the junior developers teaching them your knowledge and expertise along the way.
