This market is booming for Q4 and this partner is planning on taking full advantage and beating quotas left and right. This firm focuses in procurement, education services, service mapping, and financial management. They also work in other modules and sectors as well so there's no limit to the possibilities when you join the team. This ServiceNow partner primarily works in the public sector, but want to be able to move into other verticals as well. They are looking for someone that is hungry and ready to take on the market. They will only work with the best in technical skills so you will be able to have a strong to team to back you up.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to work as a Regional Director of Sales. Your role is to meet target and keep the sales team motivated. You will build relationships with the vendor and channel partners, as well as work with the delivery teams. It will help you succeed if you understand the market and know when the best times are to launch in order to maximize profit. You will also need to be able to build relationships with the C-level executives. This role would best suit an individual at a larger partner, who wants to be responsible for owning the sales of a growing company.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will need to have an understanding of how to sell into larger enterprises because business development is key. You will need outstanding communication skills. You will also have had prior experience selling SAAS products including but not limited to ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS, microsoft, and workday. This is the best role for someone who wants to lead a team, and be responsible for the outcome of their business.
